Cancel your subscription

1. Go to Left menu → Settings.
2. Click Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm. You’ll lose access to premium features.

This sends a cancellation request to the SubmittalLink team. For questions, email support@submittallink.com.

Delete a project

This can’t be undone

Deleting a project permanently deletes the project and all of its submittals, RFIs, drawings, documents, and other data.

Who can do this

Project owner only.

1. Go to Left menu → Settings.
2. Click Delete Project for the project.
3. Read the warning and click Delete.

Tip

Before deleting, export what you need to keep: submittal and RFI logs (Export PDF), drawings (Download → All Revisions), and documents.

Frequently asked questions

Does canceling delete my data?

Canceling sends a cancellation request. It doesn’t delete your projects. To delete a project, the owner must delete it separately.

Can I recover a deleted project?

No. Project deletion is permanent.
