Submittal coversheets and stamps
A submittal coversheet is a cover page added to the front of a submittal’s PDF. It summarizes the key details of the submittal, so reviewers see what they are looking at before the attachments. SubmittalLink generates it for you.
Generate a coversheet
Section titled “Generate a coversheet”- Create or update a submittal.
- Attach at least one PDF.
- Turn on Generate Coversheet.
- Save the submittal.
Add a stamp page
Section titled “Add a stamp page”The project owner can turn on Include Stamp Page on Coversheet in project settings. The coversheet then gets a second page with a consultant comments box that reviewers can stamp and mark up.
