What is SubmittalLink?
SubmittalLink is web-based construction project management software built for local general contractors and subcontractors. It keeps submittals, RFIs, drawings, and the rest of a project’s paperwork in one place. It always shows who is responsible for the next step, which it calls ball in court.
You can open SubmittalLink in any web browser at app.submittallink.com.
What you can do in SubmittalLink

Who uses SubmittalLink
Section titled “Who uses SubmittalLink”Every project has members with one of five roles:
- Owner: the account that created the project. Controls project settings.
- Project manager: runs the project day to day. Creates submittals and RFIs, and manages users.
- Consultant: architects, engineers, and designers who review submittals and answer RFIs.
- Subcontractor: trade partners who submit and respond to items assigned to them.
- Field: superintendents and field staff. They create RFIs, tasks, daily reports, and punch lists.
How SubmittalLink is different
Section titled “How SubmittalLink is different”- Ball-in-court tracking on every item. Your Home dashboard lists the submittals and RFIs waiting on you.
- AI where it saves time. AI Bulk Upload splits plan sets into sheets and reads the title blocks, AI Enhance cleans up RFI questions and responses, and AI Workers send scheduled summaries.
- Hands-on onboarding. The SubmittalLink team can train your team, bulk-upload your submittal log, or extract one from a spec book.
