AI Workers
AI Workers are scheduled AI jobs. Each worker reads your project’s RFIs or submittals, follows a prompt you write, and emails the results to the people you choose. Use them for recurring reports like “every Monday, list overdue submittals by subcontractor.”
Create an AI Worker
Section titled “Create an AI Worker”- Go to More → AI Workers and click Create.
- Basic Info: enter a Name and choose the Data Source, RFIs or Submittals.
- Prompt: write the Worker Prompt, telling the AI what to produce.
- Schedule: choose a Start Date in the future and a Frequency: Once, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
- Recipients: select the project users who should get the email.
- Click Create.
The worker runs automatically from the start date on the frequency you chose. The Next Run column shows when it will run next. There’s no button to run a worker on demand.

Section titled “Can I run an AI Worker right now?”No. Workers run on their schedule. To run one soon, set a start date in the near future with frequency Once.
