Home dashboard and navigation
The Home dashboard shows what needs your attention on the selected project. The left menu takes you to every module.
The Home dashboard
Section titled “The Home dashboard”Go to Left menu → Home. The dashboard shows four cards for the selected project:
- Submittals in Your Court: submittals waiting on your action
- RFIs in Your Court: RFIs waiting on your response
- All Open Submittals: every open submittal on the project
- All Open RFIs: every open RFI on the project
Click any item to open it. If the project has a site address, a banner at the top of the dashboard shows it.
Project health report
Section titled “Project health report”Owners and project managers also see a health report table: project name, PM, total submittals, open or pending submittals, open or revise-and-resubmit/rejected submittals, and closed submittals. Click Export PDF to share it.
The left menu
Section titled “The left menu”Use the project selector at the top of the left menu to choose the active project. On mobile, tap the menu icon in the header to open the menu.

Project invitations
Section titled “Project invitations”When someone invites you to a project, open Project Invites in the left menu to accept it.
Common list tools
Section titled “Common list tools”Most list pages share the same toolbar:
- Quick filters: In My Court, Open, and Late (Submittals, RFIs, Tasks)
- Search across all fields and Clear All Filters
- Columns: choose which columns to display, then Save
- Export PDF: download the current list as a PDF log
- Notify Users: on a row, email selected project members about that item with an optional note

Why don’t I see Daily Reports or Contracts in my menu?
Section titled “Why don’t I see Daily Reports or Contracts in my menu?”Some modules are limited to certain roles. Consultants and subcontractors can’t see Daily Reports or Schedule, and only owners and project managers can see Contracts. See Roles and permissions.
