Sign in to SubmittalLink

SubmittalLink doesn’t use passwords. You sign in with a one-time login code sent to your email, or with your Google or Microsoft account.

Sign in with a login code

1. Go to app.submittallink.com/login.
2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
3. Check your inbox for the login code. The code expires after 5 minutes.
4. Enter the code and click Verify Code.

If the code doesn’t arrive, click Resend Code. To switch accounts, click Use different email.

Check your spam folder

Login codes and notification emails sometimes land in spam or junk. Mark the email as Not Spam so future emails reach your inbox. If your company filters email, ask IT to allow messages from submittallink.com.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

On the login page, click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft and choose your work account.

The first time you sign in, you may be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions. Check I agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Continue.

Sign up for a new account

1. Go to app.submittallink.com/register.
2. Enter your email, first name, last name, company name, and phone number.
3. Click Register.

If you were invited to a project, you don’t need to register. Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to.

Frequently asked questions

Does SubmittalLink have a password?

No. SubmittalLink uses one-time login codes sent to your email, or Google and Microsoft sign-in.

How long is a login code valid?

A login code expires 5 minutes after it’s sent. Click Resend Code to get a new one.

I didn’t get my login code. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder, wait a minute, then click Resend Code. Make sure you entered the same email address your invitation was sent to.

Can I sign in with my Microsoft 365 account?

Yes. Click Sign in with Microsoft on the login page.
