Schedule
The Schedule module shows your project schedule as a Gantt chart. Upload a Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 file, and the whole team can view the timeline and critical path without that software.
Upload a schedule
Section titled “Upload a schedule”- Go to More → Schedule.
- Click or drag your schedule file into the upload area.
- Wait while SubmittalLink parses and saves the file.

Files that can’t be previewed are stored on the project, so the team can download them.
View the schedule
Section titled “View the schedule”- Switch the timeline scale between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
- Turn on Critical path to highlight critical activities.
Replace, download, or remove
Section titled “Replace, download, or remove”- Replace file: upload an updated schedule.
- Download: get the original file.
- Remove: delete the schedule from the project.

Does SubmittalLink support Primavera P6 schedules?
Section titled “Does SubmittalLink support Primavera P6 schedules?”Yes. Upload a .xer file to view it as a Gantt chart.
Can I edit the schedule in SubmittalLink?
Section titled “Can I edit the schedule in SubmittalLink?”No. SubmittalLink displays your uploaded schedule. Make changes in your scheduling software and click Replace file.
Can subcontractors see the schedule?
Section titled “Can subcontractors see the schedule?”No. Schedule is limited to owners, project managers, and field users.
