Respond to an RFI
When an RFI is in your court, you’ll see it on your Home dashboard under RFIs in Your Court and get an email with a direct link.
Respond to an RFI
Section titled “Respond to an RFI”- Open the RFI from the email link, your Home dashboard, or RFIs → In My Court.
- Review the question, attachments, and Linked Drawings.
- Type your answer in Add Response. Click AI Enhance to polish the wording.
- (Optional) Attach files with Upload Response Documents.
- (Optional, Parallel RFIs) Turn on Change Ball in Court to RFI Manager to hand the RFI back once it’s answered.
- Click Submit Response.
What the RFI view shows
Section titled “What the RFI view shows”The RFI view (RFI #N) shows the title, question, status, due date, RFI manager, created by, assignees, ball in court, Cc, review order (sequential RFIs), linked drawings, attachments, and every response in order.
Send it back to assignees
Section titled “Send it back to assignees”If you’re the RFI manager and need more information, turn on Change Ball in Court to Assignees when you respond. Ball in court returns to all assignees.

Can I attach a marked-up drawing to my response?
